Halibut Fishing

Halibut are always found throughout the year, but the best fishing is from April through September. Remember these giants can tip the scales at well over 300lbs.
While not all Halibut tip the scales at over a hundred pounds, I try to catch my clients the largest and most consistent racks of fish. Also I tailor each trip to my clients wants and needs. It's all about having fun on the water for everyone.

Salmon Fishing

King salmon fishing is available year round in Homer. Starting in April til the end of September the limit is a total of 5 annually and one to two per day depending on what area the kings are biting in. Remember October 1st to April The limit is two Kings per day and you don't have to log them on your License.
Silvers start to show in July and run until late August or early September.
Other species of Salmom including Chum, Pink, and Sockeye are sometimes caught as well.

                       Rock Fish

Rockfish such as Greenling, Yellow Eye, and Black Bass are outstanding game fish.  As some of the best eating, they are a must for the mid-western walleye fishermen.
